            Wildcat! 5/WINServer INTER-BBS INSTRUCTIONS

(Using Sunrise-80 BBS as Your HUB)

(Can ONLY be used with Sunrise-80 BBS (Sunrise Door Software home BBS)
 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------

(1) Contact Al Lawrence (Sysop), VOICE or EMAIL, to obtain a unique NODE
number. Do not assign one yourself as duplicate numbers will mean your
scores will not be recognized.

    A. Be sure to put the INTERBBS.WCX file in the WC5 HOME directory
    B. Create the INTERBBS.DIR file
    C. Create a INTERBBS.CFG file for each of the Doors you will be using
    D. Place the NODE number on the appropriate line in the CFg file. The
NODE number would normally go on line 13, but be sure to verify
that with teh individual Door's DOC file.

(2) ZIP all your individual score files, created by the InterBBS program,
into one ZIP file. The file name MUST be WIBBS.xxx (where xxx is equal to
the NODE number you have been assigned). This can be done for you by the
INterBBS program.

(3) To Upload/Download files while logged on to the BBS:

    a. Upload your WIBBS.xxx file to Sunrise-80 BBS. At the Main
       Command prompt type:

               U WIBBS.xxx (xxx=your assigned NODE number)

When asked for a description enter:

/your BBS name - INTERBBS FILE

    b. During the same call you would Download the latest consolidated door
score file named: WIBBS.ALL This file will contain ALL the
.001 SCORE files and Monthly High Score files. You would UNZIP this
file into your INCOMMING directory and let the INTERBBS program
process the data for each individual Door. When the InterBBS program
finishes processing each Door, it deletes the associated files. When
you are finished with all processing, delete the remaining files.

               For Example: D TRIANGL0.001
                             D TRIANGL.T10

                                 or

                               WIBBS.ALL

(4) If using a Front-End program to transfer files you can follow the
instructions above, with the exception of the SPECIFIC instructions that
pertain to logging on a BBS and uploading. You would instead send the
WIBBS.xxx file (The INTERBBS program will create the message and file
    attach automatically) and FREQ: WIBBS.ALL

(5) If using a EMAIL file-attach to transfer files you can follow the
instructions above, with the exception of the SPECIFIC instructions that
pertain to logging on a BBS and uploading. You would instead send an
EMAIL message to: al_lawre@ix.netcom.com and attach the WIBBS.xxx
file (this can be done automatically by the InterBBS program). In turn
you would receive a WIBBS.ALL file attached to an EMAIL message
sometime after 0930 EST/EDT every day!

NOTE: This is the PREFERRED method of exchange!!!

               And EVERYTHING is AUTOMATED!!!!!!!!

(6) On the first of the month you must ensure that your last score file, that
contains the final scores for the prior month, makes it to Sunrise-80 BBS
no later than 0930 EST/EDT. Failure to send by that time will mean that
any scores accumulated since your last transmission will not be figured
into the prior month's High Score calculation.

(7) Depending on the Door game, you must ensure that the information for each
Door CFG file conforms to what is defined in the CFGVALUE.TXT file for
that particular Door. Failure to comply will result in the file being
    rejected.
