TNlogon script for Wildcat Winserver

I created this script due to the boring login scripting that comes stock
with Wildcat WINServer. This script will allow you to display your system
stats, Last 5 callers, network listings, auto posts and Today?s callers.

Installation is very simple. First if you have a logon.wcx in your
wildcat directory you will want to rename it to something else or back
it up just in case you don't like this script.

Copy the logon.wcx into your wildcat directory. Make sure that you are
the first person to log in as it will start the configuration process
the very first time you log into your BBS. Follow the directions
from there.

The script creates 3 files in your wc5\data (IE: c:\wc5\data) directory,
callers.dat, tnconfig.dat and autopost.dat. You can
edit them using any text editor you wish however I would recommend
you use dos edit.exe.

The Tnconfig.dat:

Sysop
Networkname
Network number
Network name
Network number
Network name
Network number
Network name
Network number
Network name
Network number
c:\wc5\bull\bull*.bbs

Line1: this is the security level that tnlogon will look for it not
to add to the callers.dat and callers.htm. For example if you log into
your BBS quiet often and your access level is Sysop you would want to
put sysop on line 1. This will not add you to the last 5 callers
listing but everyone else with a security level other than sysop
will be added to the list.

Line 2,4,6,8,10 are for your network names that you belong to. IE line
2: FidoNet line 4: JustaxNet

Line 3,5,7,9,11 are yout network node numbers that would correspond
with the network name. so your tnconfig.dat would look something like
this ..

Sysop
Fidonet
1:111/1
Anotherbnet
1:111/1
Anothernet
1:111/1
Anothernet
1:111/1
Anothernet
1:111/1
Anothernet
1:111/1

If you do not belong to 5 networks, than you can leave the lines blank however a blank line
MUST exist!!!

Line 12 is the full path and file name to the todays callers bulletin file.

Maintenance:

For the ?Todays Callers? list to be updated you need to delete the bulletin
file in your nightly maintenance. I just add "DEL c:\wc5\bull\bull4.bbs"
in my batch file (assuming the bulletin file is bull4.bbs). The next version will do this
automatically.

This program is released as freeware. however if you fell you would like to donate a few
bucks you are more than welcome to paypal me a donation to thebutler4@comcast.net

This is pretty straight forward.. However, if you are having problems
with the script please contact me at:
