Important Change:

FastEcho to Telegard was originally released under the Blood Enterprises
banner. Since that time, I've decided to combine efforts with another
coder, David Stump of DZS fame. Dave and I have given up our individual
project names and now release under the name iCode Software. See the
Contact Information in FE2TG.DOC for our web and FTP sites.

FastEcho to Telegard v1.02
==========================

Fixed - The documentation erroneously reported that setting the
max messages/max days to 0 was equivalent to not limiting
the message base by size or age. This is in error, the
correct value is 65535. My apologies to anyone that got
          nailed by this.

Added - When the util first came out, someone requested the ability to
import the Area Tag as the Telegard description. At the time
I shrugged off the request, but decided to add it as it's
really not that difficult. This did, however, necessitate
a change in the configuration structures, so to use this
version, copy the FE2TG.EXE over the old one, and delete
FE2TG.DAT and redo your setup information. There will be
a new toggle on the Configuration menu, S. Import Area Tag.
If you do not delete the FE2TG.DAT, the program will quit
          with RunTime Error 100.

Fixed - If the default colors imported at the creation of the FE2TG.DAT
had a background color defined, that color wouldn't display
properly in FE2TG's config. This has been fixed.

Changed - The previous version of FE2TG only allowed foreground colors 1-15
to be set for applying to new bases. That limitation is now gone,
and the full range of foreground, background, and blinking colors
          are available.

FastEcho to Telegard v1.01
==========================

Fixed - FE2TG was importing the full 52 characters of the FastEcho
description. Since FastEcho stores all unused characters
as NUL characters, FE2TG was importing the entire description,
NUL's and all, up to the 40th character. FE2TG will now stop
adding characters to the description when it runs across a
NUL. Thanks to Doug Sorber for pointing this one out, I
should have caught it the first time through. :)

Added - A reminder at the end of the importing process to run INDEX
BUILD ALL. While it should be common sense, I was planning to
add it just in case. I forgot about it the first time through,
but remembered it in time for this one. ;)
