My personal LORD Projects plan for Fall 2005:

1) Doofus the Gnome: Add trade limits, if needed.

2) If I can get in contact with Tommy Baker via Doug Rhea, I'm
   going to (a) get his permission to distribute Graveyard 3.40p
   RTE200 patch update, and (b) to re-create the IGM.

3) Create Player Editor utility for Love Shack II IGM.

4) Kiteria's Lord Bank.  Fix glitch with Lord Bank Gold.
   v1.30 IGM is allowing gold deposits to knock Gold in
   Bank into negative range.  Same problem may exist with
   withdrawals and Gold in Hand Lord stat.

   * Change IGM to only allow 1 Billion Gold withdrawal per day.

   * Implement code for Flirting with NPC in igm.  Male
   players will get to Flirt with Samantha.  Female players
   will get to flirt with new bank cashier Gordon.

4-B) Once KLBank igm is recompiled, resume work on KLBEdit
   to make sure it works properly with the new Kitbank.exe
   program and the bankplay.dat file it will create/use.

5) Create Pawnshop.cfg to Pawnshop.dat conversion process
   for execution from psetup.exe initially.

Plan for October-December 2005:

   LPEDIT/32 is being handled by myself and Jay Hodges.

   Program is working good in local mode and on Jay's BBS
   as of July 14th, 2005.

*} Convert Hiding in the Shadows to use ANGEL.

*) Conversion of Outlands Tavern to use ANGEL tool-kit.

*) Recreation of Shauna, Princess of Sorcery IGM.
   Received David Simmons' OK to do igm project in late May.

*) Updates I've arranged to do for Doug Rhea sometime in 2005:
   A) Update of Lord Life IGM, created by Trevor Kooy.

   As of October 07, 2005, he's not sent me anything to
   work on yet.

*) Resume testing/development of Realm of Lore v1.55 beta.

*) Do new development of LORD Gambling Casino IGM.

*) Bring The Nice Hag IGM up-to-date.

*) Bring The Ruined Castle IGM up-to-date.

*) Create player editor utility for Nice Hag IGM.
*) Create player editor utility for Ruined Castle IGM.
*) Create player editor utility for Outlands Tavern IGM.
*) Create player editor utility for L.O.R.D. Cavern IGM.

LordStat utility - Jason said he would help with HTML bulletins
support but has not done so yet.  Eventually I'll do some more
work on making the coding for creating bulletins work better as
to usage of uniform columns layout in each bulletin report file.

I'll work some on fixing some usability glitches I've noted
with LordStat eventually.  Some columns in a few of the Bulletins
are screwed up, and need to be fixed.

Long-Term development - Have not made outline of how these
events will work yet.
------------------------------------------------------------

1) Ruined Castle. Castle Library event.  Vampire Encounter event.
   Both would be inside castle, although I see no problem with
   Vampires being OUTSIDE the castle as well possibly.

   Castle Ghost wish:  Possibly allow player to wish harm to
   befall an enemy.  Will have to think about that and plan it out.

2) Kiteria's Lord Bank - next DOS Lord development using ANGEL.

   1) Transfer of Gold between customers' IGM Bank Gold accounts.

   2) Once Gold Transfers event is working, adapt it to handle
      transfers of Gems between customers' IGM Gems accounts.

   3) Development of third Usage Report to cover Gold/Gems Transfers
      and other new IGM variables not covered by current Usage Reports.

   CODED in external file: Not implemented in igm yet:
   ** Code for male/female players to flirt with IGM NPCs once a day.
   ------------------------------------------------------------

   Notes: Once Item #1 works well (Bank Gold Transfers), it should
   not be hard to handle #2 (Gems Transfers).  Initial work will
   include implementation of Flirt with Banker/Cashier code.

   ** Player A transfers Gold to Player B. Both players have to be
      customers of the IGM Bank for transfer to be allowed.
      Limits: Perhaps limit # of Gold transfers per day; limit total
      gold one can transfer each day (500 Million?/1 Billion?)

   ** Gems Transfers:  Probable limits needed: a) # of Transfers
      per day.  b) Total Transfer amount per day.

4) Turgeon's House - Current or Later DOS Lord development cycle.

   * Allow sysops to decide whether to allow 1 use per day or
     multiple visits, up to maximum of 5/day of the IGM.
     Except by sysop user, events will only be usable once/day.

   * Fairies in Closet - Skill Use Point replacement wish.
     -- Will only work on the player's current Skill Class.
     -- As with other wishes, fairy has to be in a good mood
     or the wish will simply be ignored as they depart closet.

   * Random event 1:  Turgeon comes home, finds burglar in house.
     -- Have not decided if player gets killed or not.  But they
     will be beaten nearly to death and thrown out of igm.

   * Random event 2:  In kitchen, you get sick, throw up, lose
     some stats (HitPoints and Strength/Defense) after eating
     Food and/or drinking Beverage.

   * Random event 3: Get jumped by Old Lady in attic who then
     has her way with player - probably will only apply to male
     players.  Loss of HitPoints, Loss of Charm. etc.

   * Random event 4: Clumsy warrior drops new weapon on feet and
     is injured.  It could happen, so it WILL happen occasionally.
     Loss of HitPoints and Strength points. Perhaps Exp. Loss.

   * Random event 5: Players will have to risk LOSING Gold and
     Gems while they go room to room.  IGM should not always be
     a no-risk program where you never get hurt, or never risk
     death, but it just has worked out that way in the past.
