 something like this:

Note that all the "long" file names are in lowercase. This usually won't make any difference if you are using it offline, but if you're putting up a mirror site then ALL FILE NAMES MUST BE IN LOWERCASE! The reason is that URLs are case sensitive. If you're using an FTP program, such as WSFTP, you can head off this problem by configuring it to convert all file names to lowercase.

If you used an older version of PKUNZIP or something similar to open the zip file then the
files with an ".html" extension will have the extension ".htm". If this happens then
run the batch file called FIXIT.BAT and it will, well, fix it!
If all the files have names like the ones on the left on both the right and the left, and you
have windows 95, run the batch file called FIXIT2.BAT.

If that doesn't work, and you are using an operating system that allows four charachter
extensions, you'll have to rename the files maunally.

If you are using WIN3, DOS or some other OS that doesn't allow filenames with 4 charachter
extensions then you'll still be able to view this FAQ offline with your web browser but the
hyper text links won't function.

If you are putting up a mirror site you can rename the files after uploading them using an FTP
program.

When viewing this FAQ offline, first open the file called ONLINE.HTML using your web browser.
You can get to the other parts of the FAQ from the links in that file.
